Twelve years after being on the Breakfast Club radio segment on Power 105.1 FM, Angela Yee left the show. Just now she is starting to come out to talk about her experience being the “only” woman.

In an interview on the Tamron Hall Show she states it was challenging navigating options and what to say during episodes but claimed to be the only woman in the room.

“It wasn’t an easy room for me to be in. So I feel like I did need more backup…to be the only woman there with nobody to be like “you shouldn’t have said that like that”. It’s just me.”

Social media erupted with celebrities like Lil Mama calling her out.

Even crew members called her out.
