Rising MMA star, 21 year old Shalie Lipp was the victim of a fatal car accident on Sunday that took her life on Interstate 94 in Minnesota.
According to reports she was not wearing a seatbelt when the accident occurred, and as a result she was the only person to not survive.
At this time the investigation is still underway.
The fighter was set to have another big fight coming up.
